Technology Research and Development
A robust R&D team, dedicated simulation production lines, and several projects currently under development...
A powerful R&D team
The company’s R&D team is anchored by numerous PhDs and Masters, with a core group of highly qualified R&D personnel holding senior and intermediate professional titles. The team is lean yet comprehensive, covering all key technical disciplines, boasting strong R&D capabilities, and benefiting from extensive experience and robust expertise. It provides end-to-end support across the entire product development lifecycle, from project initiation and pilot testing to analytical characterization and final application deployment. To date, the company has customized nearly 100 product specifications for its customers. In addition, the company maintains long-term, multifaceted collaborations with several independent laboratories, universities, and research institutes, leveraging external expertise to bolster its product R&D and innovation efforts.
Precision testing instruments
The testing equipment is fully equipped to analyze a wide range of parameters, from raw materials to finished products, including mechanical properties, rheological properties, Mooney viscosity, elemental chemical analysis, DSC, MFR, pH, ash content, hardness, tear strength, thermal stability, rubber aging performance, and rubber vulcanization performance.
Dedicated Simulation Production Line
The company also operates dedicated, compact, turnkey test rigs that use small-scale reactors to simulate chemical reaction processes for the development of new products or new specifications; these rigs can further replicate downstream manufacturing operations such as extrusion, injection molding, and vulcanization. This setup ensures flexible, efficient, and cost-effective R&D, deepens our understanding of downstream applications, and facilitates both customer guidance and continuous product improvement.
Ongoing Projects
A. A new-process hydrochloric acid-based method for producing high-quality, environmentally friendly CPVC resin.
B. Production of environmentally friendly CSM using a new process.
C. Development of a novel CPE modifier.
